ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY
 We
operate under a fully integrated C.A.D. (Computer Automated Drafting)
system. This system enables our engineers to produce completed architectural
drawings, including elevations, in just a few days. You can feel free
to make changes to the home with minimal time required to produce new
plans.
The ability of our design team has grown significantly over the past
few years enabling our production staff to build more complex and elaborate
homes.Our engineering organization has compiled a portfolio containing
hundreds of homes produced in the past. These floor plans and elevations
are updated continually for our builders. Our design staff also works
closely with the production staff during the construction of the home
to insure that any issues that may arise are addressed immediately.
We have Engineers on staff to answer any technical questions you may
have about your home. Each has years of experience in the modular home
industry and the expertise to address all of your engineering needs.
All of our builders have an FHT engineering liaison to work directly
with to create a custom home for their retail homebuyer.
 FHT
has engineering, and systems approval to build in all of the following
states: New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, West
Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont
& Rhode Island. FHT utilizes a "Third Party" inspection
agency to insure all of our homes meet or exceed prevailing building codes
established in the state of destination. This agency inspects building
plans and systems, as well as the homes while in the construction process
in our factory
