Moreover, about 25% of the homes we produce are completely custom, starting from the plans builders provide. If shipping limitations mean that we cannot produce the entire home in our factory, we can work with you on a combination of modular and site-built construction.


We are also a regional leader in providing modular units for sizable multifamily attached housing communities. You handle permits, site and finish work. We do the rest.

When Future Home Technology modular units are assembled at your site, about 80% of the construction work is done. Use an experienced subcontractor, or your own crew to set the modules and close in the structure, which usually requires less than one day.
